The Newfane Pottery mug is white earthenware hand painted in Vermont by artist Roseanne Henning.  Slight variations will occur from piece to piece as they are hand made. 

The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and non-toxic.  We would however, recommend that you handle them as you would any fine pieces for lasting durability and beauty.
