Solmate thinking caps and super scarves are made in Vermont from recycled cotton and are "mismatched with care" just like the solmate socks.  Both are done in a patchwork style -- hats are one size fits most adults, and have a fleece lining; scarves are about four feet long and knit as a tube, leaving the ends open for tucking in your cold hands if you forget your mittens!
