Side Hill Farms jam is locally made in Brattleboro Vermont, using only natural ingredients. No preservatives are allowed in their jams, and they don't use pectin or other jelling agents. Instead, the jams are thickened by stirring them by hand as they cook, resulting in a higher concentration of fruit and flavor.
